Since 2003 Ukraine’s Outsourcing industry has grown exponentially by more than doubling it’s revenue each year over 13 years, reaching $3 Billion in export

The country which is widely known for its educational focus in Math and Science has benefited from it’s position as a western leaning culture, affordable wages and it’s favorable time zone to European and North American regions.

Many have found their experience with Ukraine to be extremely beneficial, not just in finding high-skilled candidates, but also the old-school work ethic and loyalty.  While Ukraine has reached the top 20 in highest outsourcing countries, other regions who have glamorized outsourcing over the years have developed a reputation of high turnover with candidates, often reaching 40-50% each year.  This couldn’t be further from the truth when choosing Ukraine.  According to the last 15 years at Intego Group, the company has only faced a minimal 4% turnover each year with candidates hired.
